“BeLIEve” premiers at Luxor Casino Hotel in Vegas
Many folks may imagine that a dramatic blend of Criss Angel and Cirque du Soleil might be a union created in heaven, or in Criss Angel’s case, hell.
If you had the chance to be one of the numerous followers who have experienced this brand new Las Vegas, Nevada performance, titled Criss Angel BeLIEve featured at the Luxor Hotel, then you may have a distinct attitude about this newest performance. This innovative LV event is essentially Cirque du Soleil’s sixth event to operate on the LV Strip.
The show commences very alike Angel’s standard magic events, with a trace of “Cirque”. Then all of a sudden a botched magic feat carries Criss Angel to a Wizard of Oz-like fantasyland. You can even see weird rabbits scurrying on all sides of the theater, alongside Criss Angel’s standard stunts and illusions combined with Cirque’s powerful fascination. The presentation peaks with the illusionist basically ripping himself in half, in all probability the high point of this performance.
One of the concerns, that nearly all of the showgoers have come across with the production, is the fact that Criss Angel has several spoken pieces in the performance. Criss Angel’s drama skills aren’t actually his area, and this is not customary in any of Cirque’s other trendy LV shows.
All is not lost, though, in this mix of Angel with Cirque. There are lots of spectacular magic tricks featured in the show, and integrated with Cirque du Soleil’s flair, the production does have its unforgettable and out of this world moments. The sales of tickets do not lie, as this presentation is looking to be one of largest performances that Cirque has had in Las Vegas.
Cirque du Soleil which was created in Montreal, Canada combines this latest initiative to their calendar of Las Vegas presentations. Cirque’s other shows are: “O” in the Bellagio Hotel Casino Las Vegas, Zumanity in the Zumanity Theater at the New York-New York hotel and casino, LOVE at The Mirage Casino, Ka in the Ka Theater at the MGM Grand Casino Hotel, and Mystere in the Treasure Island Casino Hotel.
