WEC 50 event scheduled for August 18th at The Palms Resort ’s Pearl Concert Theater

The World Extreme Cagefighting (WEC) is set to come back to Las Vegas, Nevada for their historic WEC 50 event.  According to several MMA news sites, the promotion has submitted an official request to the Nevada State Athletic Commission to hold the upcoming WEC 50 event on August 18th at The Palms Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
